Founder & Director, Reagan Naidoo enjoyed over 20 years of experience prior to the founding the Company, bringing with him a wealth of experience, a skill for painting and a groomed professionalism in Project Management. This along with
the experience of the company’s Financial Officers, Project Managers and Foreman’s , many of whom have worked together for over 20 years on major projects throughout KZN and surrounds, sets PS 374 (PTY) LTD apart as industry leaders.

Create a learning environment by encouraging and supporting staff in their pursuit of further training.

Implement a Learnership program within the firm, so as to aid the development of our unskilled and semi-skilled labour, and encouraging female participation in the industry.
